CE Stands for "Conformité Européene" which means "European Conformity".
CE Marking on a product means:
A product can be legally placed on the market within the European Union
The product can move freely between the 28 European countries, but is recognised by countries outside Europe as being safe for sale within European standards.
In the Extender Market the CE Mark indicates that the device has been passed by European authorities as a class 1 medical device. A class 1 device is non-invasive, safe for human use and sold without need of a prescription.

The ISO 9000 standards govern manufacturing quality and conformity. Where you see this symbol you know that the device is made to a set manufacturing procedure and process which includes batch testing for consistency.
Achieving the ISO award is an involved process which includes auditing by a third party ISO approved provider, and inspections take place regularly to ensure the manufacturers can continue to claim quality status.

The Caduceus is an American Medical symbol and shows that an American product is for medical use.
Our USA products carry this mark which is an indicator that the product is for medical usage. This is a non-official symbol and the device should also carry the CE Mark
