The Natural Extender is manufactured to International Quality Standards and the manufacturers have been awarded their Quality Management Certificate, in accordance with: UNE-EN ISO 9000/2000 These standards ensure that each product manufactured is done so in line with the specifications outlined at the point of approval, so each product is exactly the same as the last. Unlike many of the larger volume extenders available today, the Natural Extender is not made in China. Due to irregularities within some Chinese manufacturing processes, the manufacturers have made a pledge to always manufacture the device in Europe to ensure that the standards that they worked so hard to be achieved will always be maintained for their customers. Because the Natural Extender uses high performance materials, consistency is key in ensuring each person gets the same level of product as the last. The manufacturers were also awarded the CE Mark, as a class 1 medical device. The design is so unique within the Extender market, a patent is pending to prevent other companies from copying this lightweight, but powerful device. The certificate was conferred by the patent and trademark office of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology, and internationally homologated.
