PenisPlus+ conducted a detailed test study of their Penis Extender, from October 15, 2000 to January 15, 2001.
In each case the device was worn for 3-4 hours per day and measurements were taken during the flaccid state to provide greater accuracy, though it was noted that enlargement had occurred in the erect state also.
