Quality Assurance
To do everything we can to stop errors occurring we operate several quality control processes to ensure you get what you order, every time.
Our warehouse staff are trained in Quality Control procedures. If we do receive a customer complaint it is logged using our case system and we address the issues as quickly as possible, and then implement change to ensure we do everything we can to prevent the problem occurring again in the future.
All goods are picked by humans and though we accept human error may occur, we also understand how frustrating this can be for our customers. Every time you order your goods are picked and prepared for despatch. A manager is then responsible for double checking and signing off the package contents prior to shipping. We then also record each individual package weight so that we can check again at a later date that the goods that you ordered were correctly sent – all of these measures help to give our clients what they want, every time.
We always buy from the same reputable suppliers and although we can’t check that everything works before it is sent, we record all technical problems and if we find a problem with one particular item recurring then we will discontinue the product and remove it from our website’s – In the interests of providing an excellent service at all times this is the only option for us.
Everything is done to give you products and services that are delivered quickly and correctly and if there is a problem we do everything to get it right – that’s the only way to maintain a reputation to be proud of. |
