The silicone bands were ok but if you are going to sleep in it I would definitely recommend the comfy support. ‘I found this extender novel and because it was different to the others I really did have to learn this from scratch. Initially it was like working out how to hand tie a bow tie and it did take some figuring out. The instructions were not as straight forward as they could have been but I got there in the end.’

‘This was the last of the extenders that I tested and so I guess I had had some experience in assembling by the time I came to the Jes. I had struggled initially to put the extenders on, but by the time I got to this one I really knew what I was doing – so I guess by the time people have put this on about 5 times then they will be ok. Considering the Jes as if I had never seen one before I found the instruction booklet to be easy to use because there are quite a few diagrams. The CD Rom had some information on it, but I found the manual to be much more informative.’
